Important Disclaimer: Tourloom Ltd is not an embassy, a consulate, or an official visa processing centre (such as VFS Global, TLScontact, or BLS International). We are an independent consultancy.
2. No Guarantee of Visa Issuance
While we aim to provide the best possible guidance, Tourloom Ltd does not guarantee the issuance of a visa.
The decision to grant or refuse a visa is at the sole discretion of the relevant Embassy or Consulate.
We have no influence over the processing times or the final decision made by government authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities
To provide an effective service, you (the Client) agree to:
Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. Providing fraudulent documents or false information can lead to a permanent visa ban; Tourloom Ltd accepts no liability for consequences arising from false data provided by the client.
Attend your visa appointment in person (where required) and submit the physical documents.
Pay all official embassy fees and third-party service provider fees (e.g., VFS/TLS fees) separately, as these are not included in our consultation fee.

Service Fees: Our fees are for our time, expertise, and administrative work.
Payment: Fees must be paid in full before we release completed documents (e.g., cover letters or filled forms) unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy: Once the consultation has taken place or the bespoke documents (checklists, cover letters) have been prepared, our service is considered “delivered.”
Refunds are not provided in the event of a visa refusal by the embassy.
Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion if the service is cancelled before any work has commenced.
