Where Schengen Visa Applications Go Wrong and How We Put It Right
Why you were refused
We clearly break down the exact reasons behind your previous visa refusal.
What Must change
Learn which documents, details, or actions must be corrected before reapplying.
If reapplying now is safe
Get honest advice on whether reapplying immediately is safe or risky.
When waiting is smarter
Understand when waiting improves approval chances and protects your travel history.
What happens if my visa gets refused can I apply again?
Yes, but a refusal goes on your record and makes the next application harder. The embassy will expect you to explain what changed. Reapplying with the same documents or the same mistakes almost always results in a second refusal. If you've been refused, message us before reapplying we'll tell you whether it's safe to go again or smarter to wait.
How long will it take to get my visa after submission?
As a general rule, a decision is made within 15 calendar days of your appointment. However, to ensure a stress-free trip, we recommend applying at least 3–4 weeks in advance.
I added money from my parents to my account will they reject me?
Unexplained lump sum deposits are one of the top reasons Schengen applications get refused from the UK. Embassies want to see regular income, not sudden large transfers. If you've received money from family, it needs a gift letter, proof of the sender's funds, and a clear paper trail. We review your bank statements and tell you exactly what needs explaining before you submit.
My BRP expires in 4 months is that enough to apply?
It depends on the embassy. Most Schengen consulates require your UK immigration permission to be valid for at least 3 months beyond your return date. If your BRP expires soon, the timing matters apply too late and you'll be refused on a technicality. Send us your BRP expiry and travel dates and we'll tell you if the window is safe.
