For first-timers, we recommend Paris or Rome — both have world-class attractions within walking distance of each other, excellent transport links, and are well set up for English-speaking visitors. Prague and Amsterdam are fantastic for a more relaxed pace at a lower price point. If you're looking for something spectacular, the Swiss Alps package is hard to beat — though it works best with a bit of European travel experience. Not sure? Spring (April–May) and early autumn (September–October) are the sweet spots — great weather, fewer crowds, and lower prices than peak summer. Summer (June–August) is the most popular window, especially for families with school-age children, but packages fill up faster so booking early matters.
